QuickPin

QuickPin Team · Coming to beta

Keep the crew in the loop, and keep track of every pin.

Field crews capture on the phone. Supervisors follow along from the web. The same place, note, and photo stay with the team — not buried in a text thread.

When they go back, they add a repin to the same job. The leak, the fix, and the follow-up stay together.

How a crew uses it

1

Capture in the field

Crews pin the place, the note, and the photo on the phone — the same fast flow they already use.

2

Assign on the web

A supervisor files that pin into someone’s folder. It is a task, not a share sheet or a group text.

3

Repin when you go back

The assignee adds a new capture onto the original pin, so the job stays one story instead of five new pins.

Roles that match the job site

Three roles. Supervisors change people, not a maze of permissions.

Field

Capture, get assigned work, add a repin when you return. Almost no admin on the phone.

Supervisor

Web console: map of the crew, invite people, change roles, assign pins, see what’s still open.

Owner

Everything a supervisor can do, plus seats and billing. One person pays; the crew just works.

Why not a group text?

Usually

  • Photo in a chat — no place, no owner
  • “Can you take this?” — buried by the next message
  • A second visit becomes a second thread

QuickPin Team

One pin = where + the note + who owns it. A repin is the return visit on that same pin.

For crews, billed like a crew

Team is per seat on the web — company card, add people as you hire. Field techs do not buy a plan. Personal Pro stays for one-person use.
